Terms of Sale

These terms govern your purchase of a paid membership to a creator "crew" inside the Raw Proof app. Please read them before you join — buying a membership means you accept them.

1Who you're buying from

The Raw Proof app and crew memberships are provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Raw Proof", "we", "us", "our"), trading as Raw Proof, of [REGISTERED / GEOGRAPHIC ADDRESS][, company number [NUMBER] registered in England & Wales]. You can contact us at support@rawproof.app.

Payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe. When you buy a membership, your contract of sale is with Raw Proof, not with the creator whose crew you join.

2What a crew membership is

A crew is a paid, ongoing group challenge inside the Raw Proof app, led by a creator (for example, "Burpees Mamba Crew"). Your membership gives you access, inside the app, to:

• the crew's daily proof wall and the creator's daily content;
• the ability to post your own daily proof, build streaks, and take part in the crew;
• the crew's accountability features (missed-day tiles, nudges, and the creator's forfeit-redemption flow).

A membership is a licence to use these features for as long as your subscription is active. It is not a course, coaching, medical, or personal-training service, and the creator is not your employer, coach, or medical adviser unless they separately agree to be.

3Free trial, price and billing

• Free trial: new members get 7 days free. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically.
• Price: the membership price is shown on the crew's join page before you pay (for example, £9.99 per month). Prices are in GBP and include VAT where it applies.
• Recurring billing: after any free trial, the fee is charged automatically each billing period (monthly unless stated otherwise) until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges via Stripe.
• Price changes: we'll give you clear advance notice of any price change before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you don't accept it.

4Your right to cancel & refunds

Because you buy online, you have a legal 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, starting the day your contract is made.

• 7-day trial: cancel any time during the free trial and you'll never be charged.
• 14-day refund: if you've been charged, you can cancel within 14 days of that charge for a full refund — for any reason, no questions asked. Contact support@rawproof.app or cancel in the app.
• After 14 days: you can still cancel any time to stop future billing. Cancelling stops the next charge; we don't pro-rate part-months unless the law requires it.
• Digital access: by joining and using the crew during the cooling-off period you ask us to start the service immediately; this does not remove your 14-day refund right above, which we honour in full as a matter of policy.

To cancel, use the cancellation option in the app or email us. You may also use the model cancellation form in the Consumer Contracts Regulations, but you don't have to.

5How the accountability mechanic works

Crews are built around showing up daily. It's important you understand what "failing" does and does not mean:

• If you miss a day, your tile is marked on the crew wall and your streak resets. This is by design — the visible accountability is the product.
• Missing a day never costs you extra money and never removes your access. To get back on the board you complete the creator's "forfeit" (their set task, on camera) and post it.
• We do not run any prize pot, wager, or redistribution of members' money. Your fee buys access; it is never staked, pooled, or paid to other members.

6Health & safety

Raw Proof crews involve physical exercise. You take part at your own risk. Exercise carries a risk of injury, and you should make sure you're fit enough for the activity — consult a doctor before starting if you have any doubt, injury, or medical condition. Content posted by creators is general and not personalised medical or fitness advice. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury or loss resulting from exercise you choose to do.

7Your account & conduct

• You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract to buy a membership.
• Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Post only proof you have the right to share. Don't post unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, and respect other members and the creator.
• We may suspend or remove access for serious or repeated breaches; where we do, we'll act fairly and, where appropriate, refund unused paid time.

8Content & privacy

Proof you post is visible to your crew inside the app and is never published outside it by us. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a licence to host and display it to your crew to run the service. How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9Availability & changes

We aim to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may update crew features, and a creator may pause or end a crew; if a crew ends and you've paid for time you can't use, we'll refund the unused portion. We may update these terms; if a change materially affects you, we'll tell you and you can cancel.

10Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we're not liable for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee or that weren't caused by our breach.

11Complaints & governing law

If something's wrong, email support@rawproof.app and we'll try to put it right. These terms and any dispute are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything in these terms.
